This beautiful house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a day toilet and fully equipped kitchen, free internet (Wi - Fi), satellite TV (German and English free channels), a very special pool with natural water regenerate and filtered with plants so no chlorine, there is a wooden deck around the pool, a terrace with benches and a table where you will enjoy the dinner al fresco and a portable BBQ. Cala Pi is an incredibly protected area in the south coast of Mallorca. Located at the end of a picturesque cove in the region of Llucmajor, Cala Pi is a great destination if you want to enjoy a relaxing family vacation or a romantic getaway on the island of Mallorca. It surrounded by rugged coastal scenery and nature, your accommodation is an excellent choice less than 15 minutes’ drive you will reach the famous beach of Es Trenc a long pristine beach with turquoise waters. Cala Pi is a very quiet residential area, is the perfect place to spend a few days with the family or friends enjoying nature and the beautiful spaces in the area. It is situated in the centre of the most extensive of Mallorca cycling route, 400 km of roads and trails for biking excursions or MTBK. And a lot of beaches and rural zones just in a few minutes. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help. -We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. -There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry. -Prices are for this property in Euros. -Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival. -Bookings also taken for December through to March. -Long winter rental prices on request. -Added to the booking price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0,25€ per kWh by the meter reading. The numbers on the clock will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave. From July 1st 2016, The Balearic government require a tourist tax, payable at the time of booking. For travellers over the age of 16 yrs the Balearic Tourist Tax is €1.10 per person per night. You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in.
