Immediate availability. Customize your vacation timeframe. Ayers Lake is a very clean and quiet 220+ acre lake with great bass fishing. This camp sleeps up to five adults and two toddlers in a queen size bed, two twin beds, two cubby toddler mattresses, and a pullout futon couch separated in three different rooms. These are very comfortable mattresses. Has a TV with DVD player, but you won't want to be inside too much.The kitchen has a large oven, refrigerator, microwave oven and sink. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bathroom vanity. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor table space. There is an outdoor swing set for kids. There is a small floating dock, a second attached dock, paddle boat, kayak and hammock for your use. There is a propane gas grill with a full propane gas tank for your use. There is a fire pit for camp fires, some wood is there that you can use. Bring paper plates, plastic utensils, extra blankets and drinking water. There is a short term rental and liability waiver agreement. Cash, bank checks or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) payments are accepted only, no personal checks. This camp is very clean and a place you would be proud to have your family stay in. Located on a safe dead end street with kind neighbors.Interaction with Guests
