One of London’s most exciting festivals is fast approaching! British Summer Time Festival spans over two weeks and features some of the world’s best music acts, from Greenday through to Justin Bieber. We’ve got some top tips to help you make the most of it.

1. No re-entry

There’s no re-entry after you exit the festival site. So as tempting it is to leave and pick up a cheaper snack outside the festival walls…you won’t be able to get back in!

2. Standing only

It’s a standing only event – so no seats or chairs can be brought in.

3. Be travel-savvy

Save time and use your debit/credit card to ‘touch-in’, which is when you tap your card on a card reader, on all metros and buses in London.

4. Plan your route

Plan your route using London’s handy transport planner tool.

5. Enjoy London

Make the most of the location and explore Hyde Park before you enter the festival. Why not plan a picnic or take a dip in the Serpentine lake.

6. Save your pennies

The food is expensive, so bring in some snacks to tide you over.
