The Space Our home is a completely renovated 1916 Victorian house and is conveniently located between Capitola and the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and amusement park.
The nearest beach - one of the nicest in Santa Cruz- is a very quick and easy 2 block walk (3-5 minutes).
NO ANIMALS & NO SMOKING
Santa Cruz, like many beach towns, has many small bungalow homes. Our home is quite spacious in comparison to most, with 4 bedrooms and 3 FULL baths. That's hard to find, making our home perfect for a larger groups.
The large patio, a small grass area, and the pool and spa mean there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the outdoors at home, when you're not at the beach or out seeing all the other great things Santa Cruz has to offer. The entire property is surrounded by large hedges which makes the home and yard very private.
Our kitchen is fully stocked and updated, including a Wolf stove/oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, and everything you need to prepare a meal except the food! A BBQ is located on the patio, as well. We also have 2 dining tables (seating for 10), 2 counter stools. On the patio we have a large patio table and chairs for dining, as well.
The living room has down-filled sofas, a leather chair and ottoman, and a gas fireplace.
The Master Suite is large and airy, with a vaulted ceiling and unique architecture. There is a tiny view of the ocean that can be seen from the Master balcony. The Master has a King bed.
There are 3 other rooms - One with a Queen bed and a Twin, another room with a King bed, and the third room has a twin bed located in a cubby hole in the wall (see the pictures!).
All rooms are located upstairs. The master has its own bathroom, there is another full bath in the upstairs hall near all the other rooms, and there is an additional full bath downstairs at the end of the kitchen.
All beds have very comfortable quality linens, down comforters, and are tastefully decorated.
If you haven't been to Santa Cruz, we are sure you will love this easy-going, beautiful town as much as we do, and we look forward to having you as guests!
There is a 3 day minimum rental for peek periods, summertime, and Holidays.
Thank you. Guest Access A washer and dryer are located in the garage for your use. Interaction with Guests We are available by phone and text to answer any questions about the house or the area. The Neighborhood Santa Cruz is only 60 miles from San Francisco, 40 miles from Half Moon Bay, 27-30miles from Monterey and Carmel. So, day trips to other interesting and beautiful places are very doable from our home. Other Things to Note **Our pool is NOT fenced, so our property is not suitable for small children.
All risks associated with pool/spa use and the pool area are assumed, and all guests swim at their own risk.
All renters must be sure that any and all guests that are staying in our home (or visit during the renters stay ) know how to swim.
Furthermore, all children and/or any person that has physical limitations or disabilities must have an adult present at all times.
Renters will not hold the Owner/Host(s) liable for any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the pool and spa.
