Savvy urbanites will enjoy the privacy of this single studio while staying in St. Louis' arts and music community. Just minutes from bakeries, taco stands and mexican grocery stores, numerous concert venues, bars and eateries.
This is a CITY studio, if you are uncomfortable in an urban environment or overly sensitive to unpredictable city life, please consider another location closer to St. Louis County.
This studio apartment is equally as large. It's also located on the first floor, so no carrying heavy luggage anywhere.
It has hardwood floors, a washer and dryer in the building, hardwood floors, private off-street parking in our lot, lots of natural light, central air.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, cutlery and everything that you could need to cook any wonderful meal.
The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.
We also include WiFi (wireless internet), linens, sheets, towels and more.
Don't hesitate to ask for anything that'll make our studios feel like your home while you are staying with us.
Please remove food from the refrigerator before you check out.

No pets or animals of any kind in the apartment.
When showering, please open the bathroom window.
No stealing cutlery, utensils, other kitchen items or of any kind.
No damaging walls or windows.
No alterations, decorations, structural changes or additions to the premises.
No lock shall be changed, nor a new lock installed.
Do not allow in unauthorized persons on the premises.
Please do not take any of the local town guides. They are for information purposes.
