The Space

The villa is a 4500 sq ft, three story, 4 bedroom/4 bath house. There is also an attached 500 sq ft. studio guest house.

Guest Access

Guests would be able to access to the whole house, except for the Studio guest house. That entails 4 full bedrooms and baths. The 1st floor bedroom includes 2 queen beds and 2 full size sofa beds. The 2nd floor bedroom includes 2 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed. The 3rd floor bedroom includes a king bed, a full size sofa bed, and a full size bed. The 4th Bedroom includes 2 queen beds and 2 full size sofa beds. The house includes enough bed space to sleep up to 28 people. There is gated parking for 2-3 cars depending on the size, along with plenty of extra parking on our private street. The guest studio can also be rented at an additional cost of $200/night if we are not on the premises during your stay. There is room for 6 more. It is a great option in the event that your group would like to spread out a bit more or would like to add additional guests to your reservation. It includes two queen beds, a queen sofa bed, a full bathroom, dinning area and kitchenette.

The Neighborhood

We are just 2 miles down the road from the Rosarito Beach Hotel and Papas&Beer nightlife. If you decide to walk on the beach, the walking distance is only a mile and a half. Cab fare to the bar runs you about $3/cab.

Getting Around

Taxi cabs are available 24/7 at a very affordable rate. Cost is typically under $3 to the bars near Papas&Beer, mall, and Rosarito Beach Hotel.

Other Things to Note

We have two dogs. Their names are Chimina and Rico. They stay mainly in the garage and yard. They are good dogs and very used to having guests over. If we are not in the premisis during your stay, our dogs have a caretaker named Guillermo, who makes sure to feed them, take them for walks every morning, and clean up after them. Guillermo is also our handy man and, besides us, is also available to help our guests with anything they might need.

Millions of people are using Airbnb to sleep in strangers' homes, beds, and even couches. They have an amazing selection and you can't find their stuff anywhere else. There is a catch: you often need to contact several hosts to actually get a place to stay, so make sure you give yourself some lead time.

16 - Real Bed

Place's rules

Please take care of our home and treat it as if it were your own. -Please be mindful of gas, water, and electric utility usage as you would in your own home. This is a very large home and can generate some sizable expenses. This will in turn help keep our rates reasonable, especially for large groups. -Please do not use linens and towels to clean up, for make-up, or as floor mats, permanently stained towels and linens will be deducted from your deposit accordingly. Linens $30 towels: $10 -Trash bins are in the garage, please stack up all your trash in the bins accordingly during your stay and before check-out. Trash bags left outside and out of the bins are much too tempting for our dogs Chimina and Rico. -Lost keys are quite an expense, as for security reasons, we would have to replace all the 7 locks if keys are lost. $150 fine would be requested from your deposit in order to share to cost of replacing all the locks. -We are equipped with environmentally friendly low flushing toilets and a work on a septic tank. To avoid any clogs or plumbing issues during your stay please be sure to dispose of toilet paper in the designated waste baskets as opposed to flushing it down the toilet. -After a good time in the beach and sand, please be sure to rinse the sand off your person in one of the outside showers before coming back in to the house. This will maintain a tidier house during your stay and also avoid any possible shower clogs for you and your guests. -Please let us know ahead of time if something was broken during your stay, so we can be sure to replace/fix it and discuss the fees that will be deducted accordingly. -Please be sure to lock the premises when you are away. You will be held responsible for any lost or stolen items from our property during your stay. -Please be sure to stay informed of the weather and tides during your stay. For your safety, we always prepare and lay out precautionary sand bags during the winter and spring tide months. This minimally affects parking, but there is still room for 5-10 cars to park on our private street. - Out of respect for our friendly neighbors, please keep loud music and speakers inside the house, especially after hours. The house does enough sound insulation to keep everyone happy. -And last, but most certainly no least: Make sure to have a fantastic time!!!
