    PLEASE READ STARRED COMMENTS BEFORE INQUIRING. ***These rates and calendar shown here are for Waterscape B112. I own three condos in this resort and would love to have you in any of them. (C203, C505, B112). Rates and calendars for all of my units can be found by searching as instructed in the next step. ***When viewing the calendar (slide down the page a little), the availability shown is a little tricky. Example, if you want to check OUT on the 10th, then the last night you need available is the 9th. I try to book renters back-to-back and may decline your rental request if it leaves a one or two night gap. **I charge rent, cleaning, and tax. A deposit is required to book. There are no service fees, management fees, or any other crazy fees to increase your price. Let's keep it simple here! After reading one or two ads, these things really start running together and you focus on the price and forget it. I would hope that my ad would be more helpful than that. So I’ll think a little outside the box here. If you want the same-old information, see my neighbors’ ads. My ad will tell you the rest! Waterscape is shaped like a U. The beach is at the top of the U. The A unit is on the left. The B unit is on the right. The C unit is at the bottom (parallel to the beach). The A and B buildings have units on the "inside" and the "outside". The "inside" units will all be even numbered and all have a view of the beautiful pools and/or landscaping inside Waterscape. The "outside" units will be odd numbered and face a building on the B side, and (through 2017) construction of a building on the A side. The units in the C building ALL face the inside of the complex. There isn't an "outside" of the C building. This unit is Waterscape B112. We are located just 6 units back from the beach. We are the first unit from the huge waterfall at the big pool. The location is terrific. We happen to be Waterscape's most private unit. You will see from our patio pictures that there are luscious greens all around our patio. In fact, we have just planted Confederate Jasmine (a flowering vine) to further cover the handrails which will make this patio area even more beautiful. The patio view here reminds me much of Hawaii with all the flowers. Although you are in a large resort, you certainly don't feel it from this cozy patio. Due to the rails coming up to the edge or our patio, this is the only ground level lawn area that other people cannot pass through. People aren't constantly walking by all day. People who visit here frequently keep the secret of the ground level units. They are often highly sought units and tend to book up early. The CONVENIENCE of a ground level unit is unmatched! B112 has just undergone a major transformation. It has new paint, furniture, decor, and furnishings. It is colorful and classy, decorated with beachy flair, and most importantly to me, IT IS NOT CLUTTERED. I have two small kids and when we go to the beach, we bring our house with us. I don’t need extra clutter already in the condo! B112 is a unit for families. I love children and they are welcome in my unit. I have some things in there that might help you out during your stay, including an all-terrain wagon to get you around the property, a pack-n-play, high chair, and an outside deck box full of toys and floats. Our bunk room has a light-blocking privacy curtain so your kids can sleep in while you have your morning coffee. I try my best to make everyone comfortable and happy! Speaking of the Bunk RoomDid you see it?!! I LOVE IT!! I have not seen another bunk room quite like this one! Besides being so cute, it has cable TV for both the top and bottom bunks. It also has a custom made light blocking, sound insulating curtain so that your children can sleep while life is happening in the rest of the unit. I have cute bunk rooms in all three of my condos. They are fun areas and KIDS LOVE IT! (As I said, it makes me a little excited too!) I don’t just cater to kids. Grown-ups are more than welcome in my unit. ;-) I have books, nice TVs, and a DVD player for movies. I have big, thick towels, very comfortable mattresses, and the kitchen is stocked with nice gadgets. (I rented at Waterscape for a long time—I know how frustrating it is to go in a unit and barely be able to find a spatula. It drives me insane!!) You are renting at a top-rated resort. In my opinion, each unit should reflect that. Many owners own a unit for an investment and don’t oversee the unit closely. Their mistake--My advantage! We sort of have this setup as two master suites. We have a King-sized Sleep Number in one bedroom, and a King-sized Temperpedic mattress in the other. Both beds are very comfortable. We keep nice linens on our beds, and we have 4 king size pillows on both beds (and I'm not talking about the shams). Both bathrooms have a large shower and a large tub. We also have a half bath between the living room and kitchen. I don’t charge any fees except tax and cleaning--a benefit of working directly with an owner. I don't charge booking fees, reservation fees, or require insurance. I do charge a refundable deposit. I don't look at it as a "charge" because if you take care of my property, it will be returned to you. How to book: Booking with me is easy. I email you 3 simple documents to fill out and sign. You return them with your $250 deposit. The deposit secures your reservation and covers any damage to the unit that you might cause. Rent is due 1 month prior to check-in. I return the deposit after your stay if the unit is left in the same condition as found. All of this is covered in detail in the rental paperwork. Master bath has double vanities, a walk in shower, and a large bathtub. **Guest BR has a King Temperpedic bed. Guest bath has a single vanity, walk in shower, and a large bathtub. **Bunk Room has bunk beds and a light-blocking privacy curtain to keep your kids soundly sleeping. **Living room has a queen size sofa bed. **Half bath has a sink and commode (plus some cute decorations!) No keys. B112 has a keypad lock. You set the code when you arrive. No dealing with the front desk. You can go straight to the condo. No dealing with keys! Never again will I dig through a sandy beach bag trying to find a key to get in. This unit comes with FREE BEACH SERVICE through Oct. 31, 2016 (when in-season beach service comes to an end). I prefer supplying my own chairs, umbrella, and beach carts in my units. (See my other units' ads for more details about this.) As soon as beach service ends this year, that is the direction I will be taking in this unit. Beginning November 1, 2016, beach service will consist of 4 chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart for your use. For now, though, beach service is paid. It was paid and transferred by the previous owner to keep commitments to guests that had already booked when it was promised. The unit has all the amenities you’d expect. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, icemaker, etc. And don’t be fooled by the savvy advertising—EVERYBODY has free WiFi!!
