Guest Access

2-Master Bedroom Suites with Private Bathrooms (separate walk/in showers and whirlpool tub bath Master 1 and soaking tub bath Master 2) including Euro Pillow Top KING Mattresses on each Bed for peaceful slumber... 3-Guest Bedrooms features full bathroom access with a Queen bed on the main floor a Queen bed also on the main floor and a Double full bed on the lower lakefront level walk/out. 1-Guest Bedroom "Loft" features Queen bed with private 1/2 bath and cedar ceilings! Additional Sleeping: "Romper Room" Bunk-beds (single bed on top and single bed on bottom) with ladder access for the kids on the lower bunk. Twin bed located living room lower level lakefront walk/out area for those morning risers who want to get up early and go fishing!

Interaction with Guests

We meet 'n greet you at the property and welcome family and friends to our new home we have owned since 1994 and property built brand new 2011. Features radiant floor heating, on demand hot water, central air conditioning, private 10-section dock with 19-22' boat hoist along with 50 feet of private beachfront, grassy yard area lakefront, privacy shrubs, 2-washer and dryers 2-picnic tables and kayak! 2-kitchens! Additional expansion plans: 2nd full-size Gourmet Kitchen to be added on the lower level walk/out lakefront area coming Summer of 2016 along with a new 10 section dock featuring a brand new swimming platform! Second Kitchen plans to include: Full/size Refrigerator with Icemaker, Full/size Dishwasher, Full/size Stove and over/head Mircrowave Vented Fan along with Stainless Steel sink and loads of counter space for your lake/side family dinner get together's!

The Neighborhood

Private Pebble Beach Road is a tight-knit community where neighbors still have coffee hour and and help one another on a daily basis putting in dock sections, offering a helping hand with boat mooring, lawn care, house care and garden care. We pride ourselves living lakefront and having a "dog walking road" instead of a main road outside the front door. "Step back in time" to a simpler pace and feel the stress leave immediately upon arrival while watching the sun set and the ducks nest and the fishing poles primed for the next day....

We are close to Deer Run Winery and Niagara Falls and Corning Museum of Glass, Southern Tier Expressway, also north end of lake easy access to 390 North to Rochester, New York featuring Museums, Highland Park, Art Galleries and Fine Restaurants. Home of the infamous "garbage plate!" NOTE: Monthly Rental Rate $5000 per month is the off/season rental rate 8-month minimum stay from September (after Labor Day) thru first week of May. Guest pays for all utilities and services associated with rental property (including water and sewer usage) and Owner pays for garbage and re/cycle pick/up.

Place's rules

Guests must "leave home the way they found home" as we expect our family and friends to do the same and consider you part of the vacation rental resort circle. We provide Housekeeping services upon your arrival and expect beds to be stripped upon departure with guest towels in laundry and home swept and refrigerator (open items) emptied and all garbage must be bagged and removed and pulled roadside in toter provided along with recycles for EARLY Monday morning pick/up. Pets must also have application on file containing vet/flea updated shot information and ALL waste must be double/bagged and disposed DAILY. No exceptions. BATHROOMS: No objects other than TOILET TISSUE may be allowed in commodes as sewer ejector pump ALARM will sound should back/up occur - LOST deposit and Maintenance fees PAID by guest! WET TOWELS: Hang up on rails to dry do NOT leave wet towels on hardwood floor will turn floor black! LAUNDRY AREAS: We offer 2-laundry areas for guest HE units upstairs for larger loads and SMALL loads downstairs only. Do NOT overload washers and dryers and be sure to change LINT filters every time! FUN EQUIPMENT: We have full bins of life jackets and water shoes and water toys for your use – enjoy! LAKE TOWELS: We have a full bin of blue=stripe lake towels for your use, please do not take out bath towels as they are interior only for bathrooms and Housekeeping needs to count BOTH sets for guests. ABSOLUTELY no exceptions NO PARKING allowed in FRONT OF NEIGHBORS. If we get a call you have parked in front of either of our neighbors’ driveways (3657 PBR or 3653 PBR) guest deposit will be forfeited. Garage: Parking offered as courtesy only, we also have guest 2nd refrigerator for your use as well as guest 3rd freezer for your use. Please do not overload either during summer months and clean out/wipe down upon your departure. We also offer main refrigerator/freezer icemaker water dispenser in kitchen and 2nd stand up freezer located on lower level for ice and ice cream during your vacation stay. Pets: CASE by CASE per owner approval. NO WET DOGS permitted inside home – No Exceptions! Pet waste must be double/bagged and disposed of DAILY as well as LEASH laws apply per Town of Livonia on Road. Pets must be contained to yard area only while off leash and NOT ALLOWED in neighbors’ yards! Campfire Pit: must NEVER be left UN/attended. MUST be extinguished COMPLETELY before retiring for evening. NO GARBAGE burned in campfire pit. Campfire wood may be purchased in town for your use. Boat Hoist: Guest courtesy use ONLY, if you break it you bought it. 19 foot boats only allowed in hoist. Boat Mooring: Allowed on east/end of dock tied off on swimming platform. Guest responsibility only! Umbrella Table: Please close umbrella at night and during high lake side winds. Secure and Tie. Yard use: Please keep yard picked up of towels, toys, shoes, sunglasses, etc. so as to avoid injury. Gazebo: Gazebo is a courtesy and needs to be treated as such and please use common sense during high winds and place chairs in the middle securely around the table for protection from wind. Citronella Candles: EXTINGUISH all outside candles and Tiki Torches before retiring for the evening. Ring of Fire guests only: You are responsible for FLARES @ 10pm lighting. Pick/up next morning nails! Check-in time: 4 P.M. and Check-out time: 12 NOON Check/out instructions: 1. Sheets strip each bed and leave sheets folded on top of bed for housekeeping to wash/replace. 2. Bath and Lake towels leave in each bathroom either in bath/tub or in shower for housekeeping. 3. Refrigerators and Freezers must be completely emptied of open containers, wiped down, clean! 4. Garbage – ALL must be pulled from kitchens, baths, laundry areas, main areas bagged/removed. 5. Dishwasher must be turned ON with full/load upon guest departure. 6. Key – be sure house key is replaced upstairs on the key kitchen hook by Refrig for next guest. We hope you enjoy your stay!
