This one bedroom condo has a washer and dryer, garbage disposal, wireless internet, a Wii, Play Station 2, and is located on the top floor of the building directly across from the Pointe Royale club house. Guest Access Guests will have full use of the fitness center, swimming pools, hot tubs, club house, restaurants on site, and more. Golf is also available here for a (Website hidden by Airbnb) The Branson/Lakes Area has dozens of theaters with 57,000+ seats (more than Broadway) and 100 different live shows each season. Audiences can enjoy seeing shows throughout the day with morning, matinee and evening performances. Country, pop, swing, rock ‘n’ roll, gospel, classical and Broadway-style musical productions join comedy, acrobatics and magic shows to provide visitors with a wide array of entertainment choices.
LAKES: Table Rock, Taneycomo and Bull Shoals are three pristine lakes with over 1,000 miles of shoreline offering fishing, boating, parasailing, jet skiing, scuba diving, swimming and more. While the lakes all offer great fishing, each has its specialty. Interaction with Guests I do not live on site, but if I'm in town, I can take guests out on a ski boat for an additional fee. I am a USCG licensed merchant marine captain and can personally give you tours of the lake and you will have opportunities to photograph bald eagles around the lake, including seeing up close, a bald eagle nest. $50.00 per hour (including me and fuel). This is also subject to my availability.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Pots, pans, cooking oil, some spices, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, sweetener, coffee, tea, and limited snacks are there for you. Located across from the Lawrence Welk Theater on Highway 165 just 3 miles south of Highway 76, guests have convenient access to all area attractions, theme parks, music shows, marinas and outlet shopping malls. Getting Around Use your GPS to learn all the little short cuts that are available in Branson. Other Things to Note We have a guest book that we would love for you to write us a note and tell us about your stay! It is located in the living room on the coffee table.
You can play golf as a guest in the condo. I do have a set of clubs you are welcome to use. Please replace anything you break or lose (not that I would EVER lose a golf ball or the like). My suggestion is to buy your own golf balls before hand. Prices before 11:00 am are $54 including golf rental. After 11:00 the price is $54. That is according to the pro shop. Rates I'm sure are subject to change - check with them for the specifics, but let them know you are staying in the condo. ...
