It is fully equipped: living room, bedroom with first quality confortable matress and iron sheets, bathroom & toilets, kitchen, washing machine, oven, high speed with high speed connection, TV with over 40 channels, iron, hair dryer, hamac...
We provide all linen, towels and bath towels. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen to have a nice brunch or to cook: tea, coffee, chocolate, sugar, spices, fruits, water, juices, oil, vinegar, pasta......
The apartment is located in a very quiet yard, but as soon as you get in the street, the area is very animated : a large choice of shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries are available. Whatever you need, you will always find it which is really pleasant.

From the apartment, you go straight almost everywhere in town, as it is only 1 block away from metros & buses, perfect to go everywhere in town.

This area of Paris is quite famous, artistic and bohême and often chosen as movies set.

You can come by the airport, and cab or RER train station, all arrive in the center of Paris.
The apartment is surrounded by public transportation, 1mn from the métro Parmentier (line 3) or Goncourt (Line 11) , and you can also find up the street métro Couronnes (line 2) and métro République (lines 8,5,11,9) down the street.
Buses are a nice way to travel: you can catch the 46 at the corner. It brings you directly to the train station Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est.
There are also buses 96, 56 nearby and the 65 & 20 down the street.
Youmight want to rent electric cars and bycicles down the appartment: Autolib & Velib. Also scooters around the corner.
