This is an entire appartment booking. The building itself is very quiet, situated in a quiet small one-way street. the entrance door is equiped with a high-security 3-points locker recently changed. You have access to the building with both a magnet and/or a code. I live in the same street, next door, so I can help and fix any problem for you.Interaction with Guests
Except if I'm not physically in Paris (in that case I'll do what's needed for you to be welcome by a friend or relative), I'll always be here for the checks in and out. As there are 5 floors and no elevator in this building, I'll help you with the luggage :)The Neighborhood
The flat is situated in Paris' "hyper-center". You can walk by foot to a lot of touristic places, as the Louvre Museum, the Seine River, the Pompidou Center for Arts, The Notre-Dame de Paris famous church, the Palais-Royal and Tuileries gardens, the National Opera or The Comédie-Française (National Theater).
The flat is 50 meters from the pedestrian and highly-animated streets of Montmartre and Montorgueil, with lots of bars, cafés and restaurants, as well as great food shops of french cheese, bakeries, fresh meat and fish and fruits and vegetables and chocolate :). It's a living neighborhood and a typical-parisian atmosphere of after-work chiling. World-famous David Lynch-designed club "Silencio" and Social Club are close-by, in the Montmartre street, maybe 100 meters door-to-door.Getting Around
Close to the RER (express train) station of Chatelet-Les Halles, where you'll find RER A (Champs-Elysées, Disneyland) and RER B (Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports, Quartier Latin).
