The appartment is very luminous, it has a big living room with three windows oriented full south with ensures you will enjoy the sun as long as it's shining ! The living has two very comfy couches (one of them is also a bed) and two designer chairs with a little table. The library containes a lot of books in english, french and spanish; it is decorated with souvenirs from our travels. There is a large wooden table for meals, and an all-furnished kitchen to wich you will have full access (with an espresso machine and teas from around the world). It has a washing machine, a dish washer, an oven, a microwave, a water heater... and a citrus press for fresh juice !
The bathroom has a wooden italian shower with massage jets and different shower modes.
The room has a very comfortable bed, a table and a chair for your comfort, and a big window.Guest Access

The neighbourhood is very lively, at the heart of the 11eme, quintessential arrondissement of the bobo and hipster parisian life !
Located in the rue Guillaume Bertrand, you have a boulangerie/patisserie just in front of the door for fresh croissants ! You also have a balineese restaurant, as well as a chinese, indian, japanese, afghan, lebaneese, thai, spanish restaurants and tons of bars such as a wine bar and the Brooklyn brewery. You also have aa CD store, a pharmacy, three supermarkets and a public square 5 minutes by foot. There are lots of places to have a nice brunch !

The appartment is located -5 minuts from the Boulevard Haussman (Printemps, Galeries Lafayette), 15 minuts to the Sacré-Coeur, 4 minuts to place de la République, 15 minuts to the Opera Garnier, 5 minuts to the Cimetiere du Pere-Lachaise, 20 minuts to the Eiffel tower, 10 minuts to the center (Chatelet).
It is at 1 minute by foot from the metro Rue St Maur (line 3), 5 minutes from station Saint-Ambroise (line 9). You also have three Velib stations (you can take and leave bikes all over Paris).
Lots of buses on Boulevard Voltaire (3 minuts by foot) and Avenue de la République(1 minut).
