Whether traveling for business or pleasure this property is in a prime location. Access to I-90 is located on the street the property is on. So, that is a 10 min. drive to Downtown Cleveland, Progressive Field, minutes to restaurants, & Lake Erie. Interaction with Guests I am available for any issues or questions throughout the stay. Also, I can give you recommendations on things to do, see, or good restaurants in the area. The Neighborhood The neighborhood is very quiet. Great location! Walking distance to Panera Bread and other restaurants. You also have the Metropolitan Parks, which is a five minute walk or a 2 minute ride. Here there is lots to do such as, bike, hike, fishing, a restaurant, and access to a boat ramp. You have access to Morley Park located in the backyard with basketball courts, playground, baseball diamond, picnic tables, and grills. Other Things to Note The noise ordinance for Rocky River during the week is 10:00 and is really in forced. Weekends is 11:00.
