This charming property is north facing and adjacent to a large public parkland. It has a country feel even tho it's close to the city, uni campuses, Aurora Stadium, and the Museum and Art Gallery. It makes for a great base for those wishing to explore Launceston and it's surrounding attractions.
The Cottage has two bedrooms, both with queen size beds.
The Studio has an additional two bedrooms (queen bed and sofa bed in one, and four single beds plus a trundle/roll-out bed in the other), as well as an additional bathroom.
All linen is provided.
Groups of more than a few people can use both the Cottage and Studio.
Further bed capacity is available by way of portable fold-out beds and a port-a-cot if required. This means a variety of sleeping configurations is possible when hosting larger groups. Just let's know your requirements before your arrival date.

There is easy car parking spaces for three cars on the property. Interaction with Guests I do not live on the property, but will be delighted to assist guests when needed.
