The Space Welcome to our home! Built in 1908 it has loads of charm and we love it. We have been hosting over two years and pride ourselves on the five star rating and affordable travelers oasis we offer. Let us help you make your quick stop over or extended stay the best experience possible!
You get the entire upstairs which includes a spacious bedroom, closet area, private bathroom, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and electric tea kettle. Enjoy the private roof deck patio for a cup of coffee in the morning or a shady reading spot on a sunny afternoon. Ask about our single sleeping mattress for an additional guest or child.
LGBT Friendly / Families Welcome
We are conveniently located off the freeway so you don't have to fight the ever increasing Boise traffic for easy stop overs between Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City, Denver, etc.
A 15 min. walk to quaint downtown Nampa where you can find restaurants, award winning coffee, micro brews, antique shops and more. See our list of local restaraunt recommends!
Update : we have a 14 month old who loves people and stairs so we added some baby gates to our set up :)
Thank you for choosing us!
Hector & Amanda Guest Access Guests are welcome in our home and we have two lovely porches that we don’t mind sharing. Enter through the main house that we keep as tidy as possible with a toddler :) and then the whole upstairs (including a private roof patio) are all yours. Interaction with Guests We enjoy our guests but will have minimal interaction unless you need us. We will check in at least once during your stay to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Both our numbers will be available for you to call or text if you need anything at all. The Neighborhood Adorable historic neighborhood with grand trees and lovely houses. Our neighbors have kids and are very kind people. If you like walks and admiring architecture this is the perfect neighborhood for you.
We are a ten or fifteen minute walk to Downtown Nampa which is a real time capsule of what small town America looks like. Check out the historic train depot or the fancy new Library, Downtown has a little bit of everything. Quaint is the best word to describe the atmosphere or our town. And yet you can still find a great cup of espresso, decent vegetarian / vegan / gluten-free options and some solid antique shopping. Getting Around Our town is very walkable but I would suggest a car or ride service for longer distances.
Please park in front of our cars or on the other side of the street. Parking behind our cars blocks our neighbors (its pretty obviously but we will help you if needed). Other Things to Note As our room is an attic room, one side of the bedroom and part of the bathroom have sloped ceilings.
Additional blankets and a space heater as well as an A/C unit and oscillating fan are available for your use!
Mini fridge can hold beer, water, leftovers easily and has a freezer compartment. Microwave and electric tea kettle allow you to make hot tea or coffee or to warm simple meals. ...
