Welcome to my lovely home !!
This is a beautiful tree-rooms 64m2, very bright (all rooms and kitchen are facing south-west, direct sunlight!), composed of a living room, one bedroom, one kitchen where you can eat (2peoples), a bathroom and separate toilets.
With this 3 independents and big rooms, my apartment is just ideal for 4 peoples, and is also very comfortable if you are 6 because the living room could be a third room (totally independent)!
The kitchen is separate and has everything you need: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, 4 ring hob, toaster, kettle. You can eat in the kitchen at two which is quite nice for breakfast! The bathroom has a bathtub (so cool after a long day of walk) and a wash-machine. The toilets are independent.
Wifi is available in all rooms and works perfectly :)
Now you know everything! Hope to see you there! I will be very happy to welcome you!Guest Access

It's definitly a young neighborhood, perfect for people in their 30' or 40'!
