The studio offers a well-equipped space and is very quiet, as it overlooks the romantic historical garden. It has en entrance, with a large closet; a bathroom with bath, an ample supply of towels, toilet, and a washer/dryer; a kitchenette with an electric cooktop with 2 hot surface, refrigerator with freezer, micro wave oven, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, and all the cooking and diner equipment. The studio has a large window, a high ceiling, an all furnished comfy interior set up, cable TV, broadband cable WIFI, closets, and lots of light. Hardwood floor. Altogether, an impression of calm and luxury.
Very private, on an inner romantic garden, remains of an old castle. Metro in front of residence’s building. My place is close to Arc de Triomphe (10' walk), Champs-Élysées, Place Victor Hugo, Hotel Saint James (relai-châteaux) and Bois de Boulogne. Building's main entrance on avenue Foch. Other entrance on rue de la Faisanderie. French 3rd (American 4th) floor. Elevator.
If you need a cell phone, let is know and we'll lend you one. Just purchase a prepaid card with the amount you'd like from any café. We'll guide you through it.
You’ll love my place because of our hospitality, romantic garden view, comfy interior set up and our airport chauffeur service. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends (pets). There is a queen size bed (2m x 1,60 m / 78" x 63") plus a single bed (2m x 80 cm / 78" x 31.5"). The configuration of the studio makes this single bed suitable for a child. The place is best adapted for single travellers, couples, and couples with a child.
This is a Parisian-size studio. It’s not large, but it’s well equipped and the space is used in an optimum way. It’s as comfortable as you might expect.
Our ingenious slide-away bed glides up to the ceiling.
Due to the height of the bed, this studio is not recommended to people with mobility problems.
The studio is super quiet as it's on a spacious private garden (romantic, with ruins and beautiful trees) which is closed. There's really no noise in the surroundings.Guest Access

Quiet neighborhood, small supermarket across the street, cafe around the corner, newspaper stand. This area is favored by embassies. Even though it’s quiet, it’s also near where the action is, starting with the Champs Elysées, an easy 10 minute walk away. The avenue Foch is the widest avenue in Paris, and is more like a park. In fact, the Bois de Boulogne (the Boulogne Park) is across the Porte Dauphine, a 5 minute walk from the studio.Getting Around
Very convenient transportation: Metro line 12, Porte Dauphine station + RER express train to Musée d'Orsay and Saint Michel, and even direct to Chateau de Versailles. Taxi stand nearby. If you travel to Paris from the airport by the "Air France bus" (very convenient, whichever your airline is), you arrive at Place Charles de Gaulle, 2 Métro stops from Porte Dauphine. We can also provide a driver who will take you to the airport for a very raisonnable fixed fee. He will also wait for you at the your arrival (airport, train station) with a placard with your name. You can walk on avenue Foch to Place Charles de Gaulle (also called Place de l'Etoile) and avenue des Champs Elysées in 10 minutes.Other Things to Note
