The main room has a small kitchen, a dinner space, a bed and you have a real bathroom with bathtub. This home is comfortable, cute and convinient, with a love for vintage furniture.
It's on garden level (in the building's first basement but on ground level in the flat), the view is on the property's backyard and the large window allows a good light.
In the kitchen, you'll have everything to cook if needed: basic equipment, small oven, toaster, kettle and even some basic products.
The sofabed for two (140cm x 200cm) is comfortable and you can set it on sofa mode if needed.
The bathroom with toilets (Saniflo) has a proper bathtub, a washing machine, a hair dryer.
You'll find of course towels and clean, fresh bed sheets. Internet and wi-fi is included.
This is my home and I live there sometimes, so I took care of the decoration and tried to make it as warm and nice as possible.
Besides, in this residential 60's era building, the entrance has an entry code and there is a gatekeeper which makes it quite safe.Guest Access
CHECK-IN: the access mode is a Lockbox (safe attached to the entrance's door) where you'd use a digit code and get the keys.
CHECK-OUT: you'll put back the keys in the safe before 12:00pm.
Please let me know as soon as possible your arriving and departure time.Interaction with Guests
I won't be able to see you during your stay but I would happily help you out via email, whenever you have questions before and during your stay. The Neighborhood
This left-bank neighborhood is lifefull, lovely, typical, accessible, with amazing food market three times a week, small shops, cinémas, supermarkets (some open until 22:00), cafés, restaurants and great bakeries and pastry shops.
I'm sure you'll feel this true parisian vibe.
The 15th district is known for its safety, its residential properties and the village-like feeling.
There is two metro stations by 5 min walk and plenty of bus options which would make your exploration very easy and convenient.Getting Around
Closest métro stations are Vaugirard and Convention (lign 12, 5 min walk).
Bus stations are all around: (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
You can reach every part of the city easily.
Eiffel Tower is 30 min walk, Porte de Versailles is one subway station away.
From Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport, it takes 1h15 by RER B + métro or bus (daytime).
From Orly Airport, it's 1h by bis + métro or bus again.
Note that taking a cab for Parisian Airports is now regulated: 30€ from Orly and 55€ from Roissy to the flat, no more.
I'd be happy to help you out with the best way to get to the studio of course.Other Things to Note
I'd be glad if you could take care of this place as you would for your own home.
Please respect the neighbors and the internal rules and regulations of this flat.
Let me remind you that the toilets are using the Saniflo system, never throw anything unsuitalble.
