An older family home, nothing is new or modern! but super comfy clean, share bathroom. On a residential street with a large garden. Great heating!which lets face it is everything now that's winter is here! Spacious 3 bedroom house with 2 lounges and one bathroom and kitchen, everything is a bit tired so if you love hotel quality this is not for you!! Quirky decor and retro furnishings .. Very handsome miniature schnauzer a free bonus! plus or minus a cat depending on his mood. There is a large sun-room at the back of the house which gets lots of sun and great for late afternoon drinks and chats away from others.Guest Access

I'm happy to be as involved as much or as little as you like, having lived in Auckland for 15years. I am a nurse with air ambulance so come and go randomly! I have 2 tweenagers who lives with me half time.. sometimes I'm around a lot, other times not.
Ask me anything, always happy to give tips or advice! The Neighborhood
Point Chev is a green and leafy suburb on Auckland central fringe, I bike to work in town along the cycle way in 20mins. There's nice local bars and cafes, Supermarket, library, St Lukes mall close by with a movie theatre. Point Chev beach has great swimming at high tide. and next to the beach Coyle park at the end of Point chev has stunning views back to the city and the harbour bridge. The zoo is 2 streets away and the lovely western springs park. ...Not far to the great Eden Park if you love cricket, rugby or league..
Check out my new fave Samadi the new Afghani restaurant on point chev rd! Super affordable and food is gorgeous!Getting Around
