Artsy, recently remodeled San Diego Apartment!
Mi casa es su casa, please treat it as you would your own. My place is in a quiet neighborhood by the border and has easy access to Mexico. Its a great place to spend the night or a weekend with your partner without having to pay hotel rates. I am always available by phone and can give you advice on where to go while you stay in San Diego or Mexico. I am Mexico quite a bit and will let you know where the best vineyards, breweries, and art exhibits are.Guest Access
You will have full access to the entire living space including the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. You are welcome to cook as long as you clean up after yourself. There is a market a block away in case you want to buy food to cook. I also have a Playstation 3 and Blu-Ray player that you are welcome to use. The top 3 drawers in the clothing drawer are yours to use as well as the left side of the bedroom closet. The printer is always loaded with ink and you can also use the shredder. There are amenities such as a toothbrush, tooth paste, lotion, spare deodorant, shaving cream, and a razor in the bottom drawer of the vanity. Please hang the towels after you use them and place them in the hamper before you go. You are also welcome to a glass of wine if I have some in stock. :)Interaction with Guests
I can be reached by phone to make sure you have everything you need. As long as you are respectful you will be treated with the same respect. I respect everyone's privacy but my neighbors will alert me if there is any suspicious activity. If they call me then rest assured I will be calling you and someone will be showing up at the door to make sure everything is alright. The Neighborhood
This an old, quiet, Mexican neighborhood and there is a park a block away in case you want to run, workout, play tennis, or basketball. There is also a sushi place and multiple Mexican restaurants within walking distance. My favorite is called Don Felix and is a 5 minute walk away. There is also a market down the street that sells everything you may need to cook in case you want to use the kitchen. I love my place and hope you will too. :)Getting Around
You can reach the 5 and 805 freeways easily from my place. You can also take the trolley to the Beyer Station on the Blue Line and walk 5 minutes to get here. There are also multiple bus routes that will take you to Imperial Beach or the border in case you want to go to Mexico.
