Because we focus on monthly rentals, we do not accept bookings with a gap between move in date and availability date. We generally require move in dates to be within 7 days of the availability date. Payments are due on a monthly basis starting with the first month due prior to move-in.
The apartment is on the first floor
There is a kitchen, fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. and a large marble counter top on which you can play games as well as a kitchen table that sits 4 comfortably.
There is a bathroom with toilet, tub/shower, sink and all the regular bathroom amenities like towels, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, nail clippers, q-tips etc.
There is a living room with a television, pull-out couch that sleeps two, writing desk, books, etc.
There are two bedrooms each with a dresser, nightstand, queen sized bed, lamp and large closet with hangers.
There is a drive-way in which you may park your vehicles.
The backyard is large and open for your use.
There is a tenant who lives permanently on the third floor. His name is Jesse and he is very friendly. The back stairwell is shared with Jay and the second floor apartment.
You may use anything and everything in the apartment (kitchen, bathroom, yard, etc) and eat any food or beverage in the fridge or cupboard.
Please make sure you do not block the other tenants' vehicles in the driveway. Please do not make too much noise in the stairwell entrances are they are shared.
Interaction with Guests
I travel 80% globally for work but will leave keys for you in a lockbox on the property.
Brockton is a working class city south of Boston. The apartment is just off of North Main street which is a thoroughfare.
The neighborhood is relatively "urban/dense" for Brockton but compared to Boston, should be considered more suburban.
The apartment is on a dead end street and there are many, many children who bicycle and play ball outside.
In under 10 minutes, you can walk to the Montello Commuter Rail Train Station which will take you to Boston in 30 minutes. You can also walk in less than 10 minutes to McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Walgreens Pharmacy, Stop & Shop Grocery Store, KFC/Taco Bell, Papa Ginos, Oak Lounge Pub, Shoe City Tavern, Sideline's Sports Bar, JJ's Cafe and many other shops and businesses.
You can take the Commuter Rail to South Station or there is a but that will take you to Ashmont on the Red Line in Boston. I am close to Route 24.
Other Things to Note
PLEASE, drive slowly on the street and keep your eyes open. There are at least 20 children who live within one block of the house.
Please remove your shoes before entering the flat.
Please do not smoke anything in the apartments.
Please let me know of any damage that occurs during your stay so that I may repair it before the next guest.
Enjoy yourself! It is a quiet street in a diverse neighborhood and the neighborhood kids will surely say hello to you.
