The Space There is a pool, bbq and hot tub are right building our building that does no require a key to get in. Pool area opens at 8 am and closes at 11 pm. There is also a seating area complete with leisure chairs for tanning.
The gym is located beside the main office and requires the sports key hanging on the key ring beside our door. This area also has a poll, BBQ area, couches, spa and bonfire seating area. However, you will have to have the same sports key to access this area too.
There is a really nice lookout point near the leasing office that also have a couple of trails around it along with a playground for small children.
The Volleyball court is set a bit below the leasing office in the direction of SE. Guest Access All amenities mention above: AND you are more than welcome to use the kitchen and all utensils as long as you clean up after yourself. Eat at the table if you like or even out on the balcony. It seriously doesn’t get used enough and the nights are beautiful here!
The TV in the living room is for all usage, but we do not have cable. I do, however, have a Netflix account you are more than welcome to use with an attachment cable that goes straight to yours or my laptop.
The spare key is hanging by your door. Due to not having to replace it again, please try to remember to take off the keychain if you put it there. I would be really grateful. ☺ Interaction with Guests Disclaimer: I will not be here a lot as I work with a cruise line and travel overseas often. Being a traveler myself I know how exhausting it can be and sometimes the last thing you want to do after a road trip is get to know someone when all you want to do is take a shower and starfish on the bed. This is why I have try to make my guests as comfortable as possible with all the privacy you need. When I am here, I’m always open for great stories, wine, food and silly games, but only if you ever feel up for it. Otherwise just relax from your travels and start preparing for the next day! The Neighborhood Stevenson Ranch is in Los Angeles County, California. The community is located in the Santa Clarita Valley, 20 minutes north of Hollywood. Stevenson Ranch encompasses about 6.4 square miles. About 1,000 acres are set aside as parks, recreation areas, and open space. Stevenson Ranch is set in the foothills of the Santa Susana Mountains and lies west of Interstate 5. This area backs up to the historic, oil-mining town of Mentryville, founded in 1875. A master-planned community, it was approved by the county in 1987. The population was 17,557 at the time of the 2010 census.The Valencia Marketplace and Stevenson Ranch Shopping Center are popular shopping areas in the community. Stevenson Ranch Elementary, Pico Canyon Elementary, Rancho Pico Junior High, and West Ranch High School are all award-winning schools. Six Flags Magic Mountain, an amusement park, is located about three miles north of the community.The names of many streets located in Stevenson Ranch are those of famous authors (e.g., (Website hidden by Airbnb) is also the filming location of several film and television productions, including the television show Weeds, a Showtime original series, as well as the feature film Pleasantville. Its master-planned nature is at the heart of the suburban commentary of Weeds, such as the "Little Boxes" song and sprawling development portrayed in the opening of the show. Getting Around This neighborhood is rather walkable and you can see most of the restaurants from my balcony and walk to a few places within a few hundred feet for dinner and other things you may need. Getting around town is easy in this area thanks to the apps, LYFT and UBER. If you don't already have them, download them on your smartphone and it will be much easier than hailing a cab. ALWAYS be cautious when walking alone at night or riding alone with any cab. IF I am away, and you do not have a car, It may be a possibility you could rent my Jeep Cherokee for a good deal if everything was workable. Just an option if you were to be interested. :) Other Things to Note Please note. This is an apartment complex called the Summit. The best entrance would be off The Old. Rd when arriving.
