Peaceful, cozy, artistic studio.
The apartment is located in a small building in a quaint residential neighborhood. The space is small but functional, great for one person. There's a kitchenette with pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils, coffee maker, toaster. Small flat-screen TV with basic cable, secure WiFi. I am an artist and work from home; there's an adjustable drafting table/desk you can use to write or draw. Full bathroom with a window.Guest Access
This is a studio apartment so you will have access to the main space, kitchenette and the bathroom. Please note that there will not be a closet for you to use (there is only one closet and it will be full of my personal stuff). I will leave one dresser empty so you can put your clothes in there, but nowhere to really hang up clothes.Interaction with Guests
I will be renting out the space while I am out of town, so I will only be available via email. However, I have a number of good friends who live nearby, so they will be available in case of emergency. The Neighborhood

Sunnyside is a neighborhood in Queens, located between LIC, Astoria and Woodside. The closest subway stop is the 7 [local stop] to 46th/Bliss station (5-10 min walk). Also the R train is nearby (towards Astoria, a 15 min walk) to the 46th Street station. There are also buses that can easily take you throughout Queens and to the other boroughs. Green Taxi's are easy to flag down on Queens Boulevard (the main thoroughfare) and you can always call a car service or use Uber.
