"The Passage" is located in a quiet suburb in the city of Malakoff, 200 m south of the town,just a subway stop from Paris. The location is easy to access from railway, stations or airports - From the airport of Roissy CDG, take the RER B to the stop Cité universitaire and then take the T3 tram to the stop Porte de Vanves, getting out turn left, cross the "Périphérique" highway, covered by a garden, and in six minutes you're at home.
The guest house, completely independent, is on the right as you enter the courtyard with flowers, our own house on the left. My husband Philippe, who has long been a carpenter, has set up this guest house for our children, now grown up. It is very handy when they return with their own children and also for passing guests.
The 30 m2 apartment is well furnished and consists of two connecting rooms,with a kitchen and a shower room.
You enter the fully equipped kitchen: stove, coffee maker, tea maker, refrigerator and microwave oven, with a bistro style table where you can eat in four.
The shower room has a nice corner to get ready in the morning. At your disposal, fresh towels, a hairdryer and an iron.
In the living room, sofa bed (120 cm), two armchairs and a coffee table.
Library, provides books and guides on Paris, with a display of novels "take it or leave it."
The other comfortable room is upstairs, it's has a large soft bed 140 cm, a window overlooking the maple tree.
We provide everything you need to prepare breakfast, coffee and milk tea, honey and jam, butter and cheese, cereals.
And when the weather is nice, it is possible to have breakfast in the courtyard.
A few minutes walk around, there is all types of shops, two supermarkets
(Monoprix and Intermarché), a movie theater and a nationally recognized theater, Theatre 71, and a very nice outside an indoor general market with also good fresh food three times a week : Wednesday, Friday and Sunday morning.
If you want to go to the countryside, it take ten minutes with the subway to get to the Montparnasse train station. And at less than fifteen minutes, there is the Parc des Expositions of the Porte de Versailles with international fairs and a various series of exibition. To go around, there a tram or you can also rent a very cheap public bicycle "Velib". In only twenty minutes by subway, you are in the center of Paris.

5 minutes from Porte de Vanves subway, buses or T3 tram, you also have a public parking nearby
Just close, free bicycles (Velib), cheap rental cars (Autlib) and you can park your bike in the yard.Other Things to Note
When you arrive, the table is set and the refrigerator is full (yoghurt, orange juice, milk, seasonal fruit, bread, cheese) for a snack that will allow you to rest from the fatigue of the journey before visiting Paris.
