Jackson, NH is a resort town in Carroll County, amongst the White Mountain National Forest. The town was settled way back in 1772. At the beginning of Jackson’s history it was often used be wealthy landowners as a summer escape. Now because of the town’s access to Mount Washington, the national forest, and other ski resort, which offer over 150 kilometers of ski trail systems it is said to be one of the best places to go skiing and go for a vacation on the East Coast.

Jackson may be an outdoor paradise but in case of a rainy day or poor skiing abilities there are other ways to experience the city. It might be a small resort town but there are multiple spas and wellness centers where visitors can recharge and relax after a long day of exploring or tumbling down the slopes.
