Jackson, NH is a resort town in Carroll County, amongst the White Mountain National Forest. The town was settled way back in 1772. At the beginning of Jackson’s history it was often used be wealthy landowners as a summer escape. There are lots of different trails here that reach the waterfalls, so hikers can opt for easy or harder routes. Also be sure to see the nearby Diana’s Baths, a beautiful, multi level waterfall which does not freeze over in the winter.
