Other hiking paths on the Blue Ridge Parkway include Linville Falls, Rough Ridge, and Beacon Heights. Over at the Parkway Price lake, there is biking the Rocky Knob bike park and kayaking along the Boone Greenway. There is nearby family-friendly fun in Blowing rock at the Tweetsie Railroad where you can ride the train or enjoy a meal at one of the many eateries including the Cowboy Cantina.
