If the policy gets voided you need to replace it with a more flexible homeowners policy that allows for some short-term rentals.
Also, what if you rent out your place using Homeaway or Tripadvisor/Flipkey? These sites don’t have the same coverage that Airbnb gives, but they do sell insurance.
