Cincinnati’s Bunbury Music Festival can only be described as eclectic. With bands like Thirty Seconds to Mars and headliners like Wiz Khalifa, they have something for everyone’s musical taste. According to festival creators, Bunbury means “to have a made-up excuse to get out of doing something boring.” Why not use Bunbury Festival as your excuse to get away from mundane life or work or whatever else you’d rather escape?
Here is everything you need to know about Bunbury 2017.

Where to Stay for Bunbury
Bunbury is not a camping festival. Luckily, the venue is close to downtown Cincinnati, so you have several options for nearby hotels, Airbnbs, and even hostels. These are some of our favorites in the area.
The Cincinnatian Hotel is a 4-star hotel near Fountain Square, a lively, downtown square full of restaurants, bars and lounges. It’s the ideal place to stay if you’re looking for both comfort and fun activities post-festival. Rooms start at $141/night.
The Westin Cincinnati is another downtown option. With a pool, onsite fitness center and prime downtown location, you might enjoy your stay as much as you do the festival. Find a room starting at $239/night.
If you’re looking for something more exclusive for you and your friends, try this cozy cottage in Bellevue, KY, which is only three miles from downtown Cincinnati. Rent the entire house for you and five other friends for $196/night.
