- house notes
- food recommendations (see my Airbnb 'Guidebook')
- HK market guide

Occasionally our schedules will align, so I am able to meet you at the apartment. I've noticed most people prefer the self-entry thing. I live nearby and have someone available to help should there be any issues. The Neighborhood Wanchai, the very heart of Hong Kong, is home to primarily two things - office buildings and a rather seedy nightlife. The area also boasts easy and direct transportation to almost all areas of Hong Kong SAR.
Check out my Airbnb Guidebook on the listing. It is also HIGHLY recommended to download 'Open Rice' app for restaurant discovery, locations, and reviews.
Wanchai has a busy nightlife scene. There is always live music going late into the night and plenty of popular clubs and bars. Take a note, however, that Wanchai also has a well-established prostitution scene consisting mostly of Filipino women trying to convince you to enter the more seedy locales.
For further nightlife a 5 minute taxi ride will take you to the famed Lan Kwai Fong "LKF" (about 30HKD by taxi, or, for the cheaper route, about 8HKD by tram) and the Central / Soho bar and club scene.
Other nightlife areas are: Star Street, Hollywood Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui "TST," Hidden Agenda, Beating Heart, XXX, Sense, Premium.
7-Eleven and Circle K are also a great stop to grab a cheap beer for the walk or just chilling out. Otherwise beer in Hong Kong will range from 35HKD - 100HKD.
Heading in the other direction will take you to Causeway Bay - a shopping mecca. Causeway Bay, or CWB, has the costliest commercial real estate in the world - beating out Fifth Avenue of NYC. This will give you an idea of the possibilities. Getting Around Conveniently located in the heart of Hong Kong within one block of the MTR light rail station and a stone's throw from major bus routes, trams, and taxi services. Near MTR exit A3.
99/100 'Walker's Paradise' © Walk Score Other Things to Note Living in Hong Kong is quite small for many foreign guests. It is something most of us must get accustomed to. If you have any questions about relative size, etc - please do not hesitate to ask.
The bed is 'twin' size (1m x 2m). This will work for couples or people okay with sharing a small bed. The bed is not a 'fill' or 'double'.
