2. Prambanan, Indonesia
Prambanan is a 9th-century Hindu temple compound in Central Java, Indonesia. The temples feature intricate Hindu architecture and tower over 47 meters (154+ feet). Prambanan is dedicated to the Trimurti, the expression of God as the Creator, the Preserver, and the Transformer. The temples and compound are popular for photos. 3. Chiang Mai, Thailand

The archaeological zone is over 26 square miles giving you plenty of room to explore and see all the historical Buddhist sites.
8. Bali, Indonesia
Arguably one of the most popular places in Southeast Asia, Bali is an Indonesian island known for its beautiful scenery. On the island you will find volcanic mountains covered in forests, tropical beaches with coral reefs, and rice fields like the Tegallalang Rice Terrace.

9. Luang Prabang, Laos
